Late last week we lost another longtime member of Ring 8. Charley Noel, fought some of the top fighters of his time, including such Greats as World Champions Sandy Saddler, Mike Belloise, Jimmy Carter, Phil Terranova, Harry Jeffra and Top Contender Bobby Ruffin.
